Twelve Oaks Reserve began as a personal vision — not a development plan.
It started with the idea of a single home grounded in classic Southern architecture. A place designed for long weekends, shared meals, front porch conversations, and generations gathering under one roof.
Over time, that vision grew.
Instead of building just one home, we chose to create a neighborhood shaped by the way people actually want to live — timeless in character, relaxed in spirit, and grounded in community.
